Society of Antiquaries of Scotland Lectures Series

The Society of Antiquaries of Scotland is justly proud of its Programme of Events, which contribute to the realisation of the main field of activity that relates to the Society: research. The Society also organises conferences, workshops and symposia, and has an active publications programme. The Lectures Series is open both to fellows and non-fellows of the Society.

All lecture meetings start at 6.00pm in Edinburgh and at 7.30pm in Aberdeen. The Anniversary Meeting (AGM) starts at 4.30pm. The venue for the Edinburgh events is the Royal Society of Edinburgh, 22-26 George Street, Edinburgh EH2 2PQ unless otherwise notified. location
Aberdeen events are held in the Regent Building lecture theatre, University of Aberdeen, Regent Walk, Old Aberdeen AB24 3FX. Due to the change in venues please note that lectures are on a Monday or Tuesday, with a single lecture on Wednesday in Perth to be held in the Perth Museum and Art Gallery, George Street, Perth, PH1 5LB.
